Hello there,

I am trying to test Contiki example programs on a custom CC2530 board. However, they can not receive data each other. When I am using SRF06EM+cc2538EM, every example works fine.

I had tested examples, rpl-udp/, simple-udp-rpl., with SDCC 3.4.1 #9092, contiki-sensinode-cc-ports programs on Contiki 2.5, 2.7, and 3.0. I think they have no connection with each other.

When I had ported Z-stack on the board, it worked fine. The following figures show my problem. Please help me.

Are you on the same channel?
Try to use a packet sniffer.

Yes, They are on the same channel, 0x1A(2480Mhz).

For the client, the connected address is different with the server's IP address in the figure below. Is it correct?

How to change the addresses?

I tried to change destination of client into the server's address, but they did not work. Even though I started the client only without a server, the client show message like " Global connection with aaaa::4b00:.... '.

My boards reboots periodically for some examples. For example, the unicast-receiver example program only reboots, but unicast-sender program does not.

If NWK frame control field's Type is DATA for CC2530, both dest. pan id and source pan id are the different for only some frames.
