Query of CC2538 in IAR Embedded Workbench IDE

Hello Everybody,

I am currently working on CC2538 for home automation zigbee for which i want to make use of IAR Embedded Workbench. I installed IAR Embedded workbench Suited for CC2538 . I created project HAZ(Home automation Zigbee) In IAR. Now i want to set up target configuration so i clicked on Project-->Options-->General Options-->Target. But in target i am not able to find Device CC2538. Please guide me where i am going wrong.

I would appreciate your comments on my issue.I have Attached the screenshot of query for the reference

Then, you should be able to select CC2538, right?

ya I have to select cc2538, But it's showing in device Menu. I have Posted the screenshot of IAR Issue which i am having in he above chat list please let me know the solution as soon as possible.

I use IAR EWARM 7.40.3. You suppose to see similar as in the following snapshot.

Which Version of IAR did you install??

I have installed 9.20.2v

9.20.2 is IAR EW8051 not EWARM. You have to download and install IAR EWARM from www.iar.com/.../.

yes thank you Yk Chen.. But I in stalled IAR EW8051 Because they mentioned that it will support CC2538.

This information is absolutely wrong. CC2538 is based on ARM cortex-m3 so you have to use IAR EWARM.
