CC2630- load capacitance of 24 MHz crystal

EVM of CC2650s don't have a load capacitance at 24 MHz crystal.

the datasheet defines the load capacitance between 5-9 pF. As I know, parastic capacitance is considered between 3-5 pF. Is it a wrong assumption? Is the layout design to have between 5-9pF capacitance for the 24 MHz crystal or would it be high chance to have a capacitance between 5-9pF if no load capacitance is used?

On my layout, one trace has 3.3 mm, the other one has 8.6 mm length.

says, higher load capacitance may damage the IC, is there any risk that IC may be damaged if the load capacitance is below 5pF?
