Does ZStack OTA follow Zigbee alliance OTA standard?

Hi all,

I want to replace other brand ZED by TI solution, their ZC follow Zigbee alliance OTA standard. I find some standard information in ZStack, but I nedd to make sure ZStack OTA can work with other brand ZC. Thanks!
