I cant find them.

Please explain how can i use Child Aging in Z-Stack 1.2.2?

What are the parameters and How should i initialize them?

You only need to set the zgChildAgingEnable to TRUE.

There are some comments in ZGlobals.c about those variables and you can also refer to Zigbee HA profile spec R21.

i have ZigBee HA Spec R29 and can't find any topic that contain "Child Aging".

If you are member of Zigbee alliance, you can download R21 from member login.

Sorry, it is Zigbee core spec R21 and it is not public document. You have to be Zigbee alliance member to download it.

So what should I do for understanding Child Aging and its parameters ???

I have a network with 150 nodes and need deep understanding of this concept .

Are you a member of Zigbee alliance? If yes, you can download spec to study and try CHILD AGING on Z-Stack.
