I'm getting an error with OTA Image Converter Command Line.

C:\>OtaConverter.exe GenericApp.bin -pCC2538 ...

OTaConverter v1.20

Error: Unable to open output file

    Just test OtaConverter in Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a and it works fine.

    C:\Texas Instruments\Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a.44539\Projects\tools\OTA\OtaConverter\Release>OtaConverter.exe SampleSwitch.bin -pCC2538
    OtaConverter v1.2.2
    Input Filename = SampleSwitch.bin
    Output Filename = 0000-0000-00000000.zigbee
