But I do not see any SE2431L run time flags to enable it as we can see HAL_PA_LNA_CC2592, HAL_PA_LNA_CC2590 in the stack

The compile flag is HAL_PA_LNA_SE2431L.

There in the link I see Z-Stack-Home-Automation-1.2.x supports the Skyworks SE2431L PA/LNA with CC2530/1/3 and SE2431L is currently not supported with the CC2538 RF-SoC

Sorry, it is my fault. I remember it wrong. CC2538 cannot work with SE2431l.

We are currently using cc2592 . But we are looking for some better alternatives(better gain and sensitivity ) for long range which we can try.

Just read your post on e2e.ti.com/.../1723414 but I think there is something wrong with your design. I had tested on CC2538+CC2592EM and it can easily reach 200 meter in line-of-sight test with 19 dbm as TX power.
