CC2530 zstack MAC timer question

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2530

Hi All,

The project I involved in focus on the time synchronization. We use CC2530 with Zstack.

1 .MAC timestamp unit is based on a basic time unit called Backoff Period ( 320us ), however, we need to synchronize the nodes below 10us.

So the precision fails to meet the demand. How to  modify the Backoff Period unit in zstack to 1us or 2us  in such files like mac_mcu.c , mac_backoff_timer.c or others ?

2.  MAC timestamp is packaged in the afIncomingMSGPacket_t, it means receipt timestamp from MAC. And how could we get the timestamp in the sender node?

Thanks !
