How to use cc2530 as ZNP (instead of using cc2531 usb dongle) with beagle bone black?

I have made the following changes-

1) cc2530 znp changes

 a) I have defined "ENABLE_MT_SYS_RESET_SHUTDOWN" during compile option.

 b) In OnBoard.c, in  void InitBoard( uint8 level ) function  i have made this change-

 #elif defined CC2530_MK
 znpCfg1 = ZNP_CFG1_UART;  // originally it was znpCfg1= ZNP_CFG1_SPI;
znpCfg0 = ZNP_CFG0_32K_OSC;

2)changes in z-stack HA Linux getway

a) In "NPI_Gatway.cfg"  made the following changes-

#devPath="/dev/ttyACM0" ; UART/CDC
devPath="/dev/ttyO1" ; UART

b) In   "zigbeeHAgw"  made the following changes-

ZBEE_SERIAL_PORT=ttyO1   //originally it was ZBEE_SERIAL_PORT=ttyACM0 (at two places)

ls -l /dev/ttyO* // originally it was    ls -l /dev/ttyACM*

if [ -e /dev/ttyO1 ]; then
echo "/dev/ttyO1 exists!"  //originally it was   if [ -e /dev/ttyACM1 ]; then

                 echo "/dev/ttyACM1 exists!"

../tools/gw_soc_fw_version_query.bin /dev/ttyO1  //originally it                                                                         was../tools/gw_soc_fw_version_query.bin /dev/ttyACM0

please find below few snapshots-

2) i have checked the uart port after connecting cc2530  to BBB 

3)cc2530 and BBB connection-

P0.2 is connected to  pin no.24 on P9 header

P0.3 is connected to pin no. 26 on P8 header

BUT IT NOT WORKING-

what can be the probable issue?

It's MT_UartProcessZToolData in MT_UART.c.

I have disconnected those connection but still it struck at HAL_BOARD_INIT()

Do you enable "Debug information for C-SPY" in IAR->Project->Options->Linker->Output tab?

YES  I have done that, you can see in the snapshot below-

but I want to use cc2530  with bbb as znp and its not working...

when I try to start zigbee server ...then what happens...that you can see in the snapshot below-

NO .the breakpoint in ZNP at      "MT_UartProcessZToolData"   doesn't hit.

it always struck at  HAL_BOARD_INIT();

please notice the black ink marked part in snapshot.

it always runs around these three marked instructions.

yes it doesn't struck while debugging when i use debug project,but also when i try to start zigbee server  the zigbee server doesn't start .

you can see in the snapshot below what happen when i try to start zigbeen server-

this happens always irrespective of which project use in cc2530 znp,either ProdHex or Debug.

Once again I would like to mention that-

currently i am using cc2531 USB dongle with BeagleBone Black as ZNP.

I want to remove cc2531 usb dongle .

And I want to make a cc2530 target stackup board (like cape) with BeagleBone Black as ZNP.

I want to use UART  for the communication between  cc2530 and BeagleBone Black.

I have did all the necessary changes in znp as well as linux gatway and BBB also.

but always i get the same results when i try to start the zigbee server.

If you run IAR and it doesn't hit the breakpoint in ZNP "MT_UartProcessZToolDat" when you start Linux Gateway, I would suggest you to use scope to check TX/RX signal.
