Hi,
1. Is there any sample project to read temperature using integrated sensor in CC2650? i refer to Thermometer example, but it is using button press as temparature input.?
2. Which temperature sensor is used in CC2650?

Hi,

CC2650 has on-die temperature sensor.

I'm not sure regarding examples supplied by TI. I do know that the cc26xx-demo in Contiki does have a built in support and example for reading cc2650 temperature sensor values

You can use APIs in aon_batmon.h and aon_batmon.c.
