the hardware issue of CC2530 about the leakage current

Hi All

there is  a question about  the CC2530 power consumption.

we made a private board which SCH is like  below:

and there is always a peripheral circuit which is designed for detect the  the vibration。

the first time we power on the device ,it  seems OK that  it only cost  10uA , but  when  it keeps power for longtime(maybe  5~6 minutes later )

it cost  200uA ~~~

Although the CC2530 is set in the PM3。

and i have  do  a test  to make  sure  the power consumption of the  peripheral circuit  is OK。

nomatter how long does it run, it  just cost 8~9 uA, and  it is stable。

but  i  don't  know  what would cause the  leakage current happen ?
