LED1, LED2, & LED3 Blinking continuous at 2Hz rate on SmartRF05 1.8.1 board configured as ZC- What does it mean ?

I had configured the SmartRF05 Evaluation board 1.8.1 as Coordinator(ZC). The scenario is -
I had connected 2 ZR and 1 ZED to the ZC successfully. After which i turned off the ZC.
(As far as i know the ZR will maintain the network.) So after turning off the ZC i had added one more ZED to the Network.
When i turned on ZC again after a brief pause(2sec) the LED1, LED2 & LED3 are blinking at 2Hz(around) rate continously

The PAN_ID is fixed for all the ZR, ZC and ZED's
NV_RESTORE compile flag is enabled in all the devices.
Disabled the HAL UART, LCD, LED, KEY

What does that blinking represent ?
How to get around that ?

Which Z-Stack version and example do you test?

Version is ZStack-CC2530-2.5.0
I and using the sampleApp example set to work as ZC

If you have disabled LED, I have no idea why you see this. If you don't modify anything in SampleApp example, do you still see this? By the way, Z-Stack 2.5.0 is obsolete so I suggest you to use latest Z-Stack.

The blinking of led's is called as Hazard Lights - which will be asserted if there is an internal problem.(i think LED blinks irrespective of disabling LEDs to let know the users that it had ran into a problem).
For me it was the memory problem, which has been used up completely. So the hazard lights were asserted.
