The GNU make would generate binary for CC2650 not hex.

You can use Flash Programmer 2.

to load the program in sensortag .elf or .hex file needed... but when i do make only .native file is created than how can i load code???

Try to use "make TARGET=srf06-cc26xx udp-client.bin" and it should generate udp-client.bin.
