Connecting UART with external Input and Output

What do you mean two RX? Do you mean to have two receivers to receive from a CC2530 TX pin?

No , my input is two wire , two wired data bust , how should I connect it to my EB ? and received the same data using two Wired Bus from the other side

CC2530DK UART RX is P18 Pin9 which is mapped to P0.2 of CC2530 and CC2530DK UART TX is P18 Pin11 which is mapped to P0.3 of CC2530. You should use a level shifter to connect in between your another 15V EB and CC2530DK.

I need to connect my Data Bus ( Two wires data bus - 16 Volts ) to one Zigbee node, so when it sends data to nodes , first Zigbee would get this data and send a message/ signal to the other zigbee device [which is in my case is coordinator ]. the data bus gives a high signal [ 16 Volts] for a a while and I will connect its output to one of the UART available on the Zigbee board( Node) [ I understand that this pin on the Board should be Pin 7 : Is it correct ? then this signal will pass the through wireless to the other side and coordinator will receive this signal .

Then the coordinator should get this signal and send it through the UART to other device ( not Zigbee device ) and using the out put ports.
which pins should be connected as output on the the Zigbee device (Concern two wires data bus )

I don't understand your question well. Can you elaborate?

As I mentioned before I need to connect the two wire ( data Bus) to each board( EB and BB ) but I have just one interface which is P0.2 as RX 

what is the solution to have one more RX ? one more interface ? what is the Pin number ?

Sounds you need to use two UARTs. CC2530 supports two UART, one uses P0.2 which is RX of UART0 and P1.7 as another one RX. You can refer to Table 7-1 in CC253" user guide ( www.ti.com/.../swru191f.pdf )
