I want to integrate BLE and WIFI module with beaglebone black but I am confused which modules to use?

buy USB dongles - WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0

there is tons of tutorials online

WiFi will work almost with no effort https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/configuration/wireless/wireless-cli.md

BLE follow http://thepihut.com/blogs/raspberry-pi-tutorials/17841464-bluetooth-installing-and-using-bluetooth-on-the-raspberry-pi

Almost identical procedure on all Linux devices.

For WiFi, you can refer to learn.adafruit.com/.../hardware.
For BLE, you can refer to www.element14.com/.../ti-cc2650stk-simplelink-iot-sensortag--ble-on-beaglebone-black

is there any WIFI+BLE combined in single dongle or module available and that is easy to interface with BBB?

OK, I misunderstand your requirements. This reference design works with itself. If you need to use a WiFi+BLE dingle, I can't find any. You need to use two USB dongles for WiFi and BLE separately. If you don't have to use USB interface, you can refer to WL1837 module at www.ti.com/.../WL1837MOD

the link you have referred contains the software procedure for connecting WL18XX cape with BBB .
I want to connect WL1837 with BBB without cape (hardware connection).
is it possible?

I see no problem on this since WL18xx cape only make it easier to mout to BBB.

I am unable to understand the connection between wl1837 and BBB.(I mean to say which pin of WL1837 should be connected to which pins of BBB)

As I know, the connection are SDIO and UART but I don't have real experience using it. You have to check the schematics and test by yourself. If there's no special reason that you can't use two USB dongles, I would suggest you to use one for WiFi and another for BLE per Jan's suggestion.

If you particularly dislike USB dongles, get a RPi3 or a new Beaglebone - both with built-in WiFi and BLE.

I got RPI 3 ,but I am not aware of beaglebone with built in WIFI and Bluetooth. where it is available?
