Difference between beacon and beacon request

what is the difference between beacon and beacon request?

Beacon request is sent by device to search network to join. Beacon is responsed by ZC/ZR when they receive beacon request.

I have attached the sniffer log.

here I am unable to figure out which devices is sending the Beacon request,because there is no information regarding source of beacon request.

Yes, you cannot know beacon request is from which device.
