CC2650 and XBee communication

I want to communicate between CC2650 sensor tag and XBee module.we connected CC2650 Sensor tag+DEV Pack(XDS110) and XBee via MSP432. Now in smart RF studio 7, (XDS110 probe) is detecting but didn't recognize the Xbee connected with MSP.

I have updated the sensor tag's firmware BLE to Zigbee using Flash programmer.

Is it possible to communicate both module with same Zigbee protocol in RF studio itself?

No, you cannot use SmartRF Studio to do this.

Do you know any other method to setup a network b\w these devices: 2650 (coordinator ) and any Xbee as an end device (as both are working on same protocol) using any TI or Third party software like IAR?

To use CC2650 as coordinator, you have to use ZAP-ZNP architecture which will need an extra MCU. As for XBee as end device, I don't have experience on it but I think it should be no problem. By the way, you have to run the same profile on both coordinator and end device to make them to communicate to each other.
