No XDS110 nor TIVA Device Firmware Upgrade information on Windows Device Manager

Hello, I have two devices, CC26050STK and CC-DEVPACK-DEBUG. Following the USER guide 1.Insert battery into Sensortag 2.Connect the unpowered debugger to the sensortag 3.Insert USB power Nothing appears on Windows Device Manager. Then unplug the DevPack from the SensorTag and from USB. Plug-in the USB connector, wait for the green LED to power on and then plug the DevPack into the SensorTag. Still nothing on Windows Device Manager. Only can see is the green LED on when USB connector was Plug-in. There are no any XDS110 or TIVA Device Firmware Upgrade information on Windows Device Manager.
