Can I use the Reference design in the above link to implement my own firmware on the same hardware design 

in order to act as ZigBee to Wi-Fi using CC2650 onethe ZigBee side and CC3200 on the Wi-Fi side 

also can I replace the CC2650 by CC2538 or CC2530 to implement the same functionality or 

there's a limitation about that ?
