local db of gateway is cleared/empty/corrupted

DbDeviceInfo.csv and DbEndpoints.csv are generated/updated by nwkmgr.

From where can I get the source code files for this nwkmgr? I dont find any way out for this problem.

You have to contact TI representative to sign SLA to get full source code.

I don't see similar issue when I play with Z-Stack Linux Home GW so I don't have any clue.

What are CapInfo field in the DbDeviceInfo.csv and DeviceId field in the DbEndpoints.csv refer to?

CapInfo should tell you the device is ZR or ZED. DeviceId should be the device ID in device's simple descriptor.

What are the values for ZR and ZED? Because I have 3 values (0x00, 0x0E, 0x41) against the device list in my DbDeviceInfo.csv.

CapInfo is 1 Byte information which specifies the operating capabilities of the device being directly joined. Bit weighted values follow:
Bit: 0 – Alternate PAN Coordinator
1 – Device type: 1- ZigBee Router; 0 – End Device
2 – Power Source: 1 Main powered
3 – Receiver on when idle
4 – Reserved
5 – Reserved
6 – Security capability
7 – Reserved

Could you please also check the bug I mentioned in the question?

You can produce this bug with following steps:

1. Run first the zigbeeHAgw script.

2. Run start_application script.

3. Add any number of devices (atleast 1).

4. Stop zigbeeHAgw and start_application script.

5. Restart zigbeeHAgw script and take out the power supply immediately after the Gateway Server is started.

(Take out the power supply immediately after the lines shown in below image are printed)

Why do you want to take out the power supply immediately after the Gateway Server is started?

There might be such scenario in real time applications

I know but I don't think there is a solution for this. When your application is writing something to a file and your tun off the power, it will cause damage.
