reading IEEE address in SampleLight

I'm using SampleLight example as coordinator and trying to read IEEE address of the joining device.The last two bytes of the 64bit address are always fixed at '3F' as follows: 3F-3F-17-05-00-4B-12-00. However, I could read the address correctly from GenericApp example. Why is this difference coming?

I tried multiple methods. But getting same ieee address every time:

1.

case Device_annce:
ZDO_DeviceAnnce_t devAnnce;
ZDO_ParseDeviceAnnce( inMsg, &devAnnce);
HalUARTWrite(HAL_UART_PORT_0, devAnnce.extAddr, 8);

2.
case IEEE_addr_rsp:
ZDO_NwkIEEEAddrResp_t* pRsp=ZDO_ParseAddrRsp(inMsg);
HalUARTWrite(HAL_UART_PORT_0, pRsp->extAddr, 8);
break;

3. APSME lookup

Do you have sniffer log when you do this?
