CC2530 can't connect to CC2538 !!!

I have a CC2530 module configured as router and a cc2538 module as coordinator. both of them using TI sample door lock code .

But CC2530 couldn't join to CC2538!!!

Your ZED doesn't send association request. Try to erase flash on your ZED and download FW to test again.

I did a test as below :
1- turn on CC2530 (coordinator)
2-turn on My CC2538 module(router) so it couldn't join the network .
3- turn on TI CC2538 module (router)so it joined the network and then My cc3538 connected to TI CC2538

Why my CC2538 module easily connect to any CC2538 module but it has trouble with CC2530 module?

Do TI CC2538 and your CC2538 run the same Z-Stack example?

yes,both of them using sample door lock from Z-Stack Home 1.2.2.42930.

Try to run SampleDoorLockController on coordinator.

If you use TI CC2538 as coordinator and your CC2538 as device, does your CC2538 join coordinator?

Yes,it connects to TI samrtRFe06 without problem.

I run out of idea. I suggest you to use Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a and test again.

I did test you suggest and in a network with TI CC2538 as router, My CC2530 as coordinator, My CC2538 as router the result was :
1- TI CC2538 connect to My CC2530
2-My CC2538 send nothing even a beacon request packet .

Try to disable HOLD_AUTO_START, NV_RESTORE, and ZCL_EZMODE in compile option and test again.

I program My CC2538 with these conditions but it doesn't send beacon request :
HAl_KEY FALSE
HAL_LCD FALSE
HAL_UART FALSE
xHOLD_AUTO_START
xNV_RESTORE
xZCL_EZMODE

May this is a rf hardware issue ?
or my xtal doesn't work properly ???
or something like this .

But you said if you use TI CC2538 as coordinator, your CC2538 can join, doesn't it?

Ok, i solve last problem and now,My CC2538 sending beacon request !!!
but a new issue was appeared. TI CC2538 couldn't join My CC2530 too . it doesn't send Association Device packet !

And with this version of code My CC2538 join to the TI CC2538 coordinator like old code.

I am totally confused by you. You said TI CC2538 can join CC2530 coordinator. Why doesn't it work now?

When i use Z-Stack Home 1.2.2.42930 , TI CC2538 can join CC2530 coordinator but now i use Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a.44539. In last case TI couldn't connect to CC2530 .

Just test this on Z-Stack Home 1.2.2a using CC2530DK run SampleDoorLockController as ZC and CC2538DK run SampleDoorLock as ZED. Everything works fine. My CC2538DK ZED can join CC2530DK ZC.
