Do you mean that you don't want to use CC Debugger or SmartRF05EB? If so, the answer is no.

When a device connect to Zigbee network, you can send FW over the air to the device and update the FW to it.

Yes, you can replace previous FW with OTA.

what should be max size of the existing FW and new FW?
and much time it will take to upgrade the FW?
