Z-stack on CC2531 with USB

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: Z-STACK, CC2531

Hi all,

I'm using z-stack with the CC2530ZDK.

I'm having some problems here which I find hard to debug:

I have a network of about 10 nodes, on my desk. The device connected to my PC is the coordinator of the network.

When I'm using the SmartRF05EB with zstack 2.2.2 im having no problems at all, I connect it by the RS232 connector with an RS232<->USB cable to my pc.

But since I use z-stack 2.3.0 on the CC2531 USB-dongle from the ZDK, every once in a while, my pc app gets the messages (from the Monitor&Test functionality) very late  (up to serveral MINUTES!!). I can't really find out whats causing this, but it almost looks like this only shows up with a larger network and my application running for some minutes.

Switching back to my old Coordinator does not give me this problem (with the same software), therefore, I am suspecting the drivers / the USB part of the z-stack.

Can anybody help me?

My pc hardware should be able to keep up with everything Windows 7 64-bits, i7 QM820 (1,73GHz x4), 4GB RAM @ 1333MHz and ofcourse USB2.0 connections.
