Sleeping CC2430 with POWER_SAVING definition

Hi. I've read the document Application Note: Power Management For The CC2430DB and tried to put to sleep node, but the only thing i  can get is that led 1 on SOC_BB flash all time. Messages are sent and everything work. I wonder why is that led flashing when I set POWER_SAVING.
