Why can't use CC2630 as ZC or ZR?

Hello

I am novice at ZigBee network.

I found several postings which say that CC2630 SoC mode cannot play ZC or ZR role.

they also say that If someone wants to use CC2630 as ZC or ZR, add 1 MCU to CC2630(as a ZNP mode).

I also saw that CC2530 could do this.

but I cannot find the big difference between CC2530 and CC2630.

It is unclear for me.

I just want to know why CC2630(SoC) can not be used ZC or ZR.

Is it due to the lack of memory(flash memory, SRAM)?

Or is there any other reason?
