parent send Network Status with Indirect Transaction Expiry

Hello every.

In my condition 1.2.2a, a new end device rejoined a network, and always happened that parent send out Network Status with Indirect Transaction Expiry parameter. Then the parent ignore all messages to the end device. Even though without a route reply when deal with route request.

Could someone help to this issue?
