Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2538
I am trying to program my CC2538 board through the 2 pin CJtag interface by XDS100v3 emulator and smart RF programmer 2 ver.1.7.3
Now I have two XDS100v3 debugger on my table. One is TI smartRF06 EVB, the other is got from element 14 and the maker is "Embest".

The progarmming succeeded when TI smartRF06 is used, however it failed when using Embest debugger.
The SmartRF programmer cannot recognize the CC2538 though Embest debugger.
The schematic of the two debugger are exactly the same, so I suspect that the FPGA firmwares on the two debuggers are different. The stp file in TI's design kit are based on Actel A3P125. it cannot be programmed into the FPGA on either smartRF06 EVB or Embest debugger, which is Actel A3PN125. Does anyone have the exact FPGA firmware of smartRF06 EVB? I would like to re-program the FPGA on Embest debugger and see what will happen.
