I want to implement 8FSK modulation on the CC2650, are there app notes describing how this is done? I see it briefly mentioned, but looking for more information, thank you.

As I know, there is no such application note.

See TRM Section 23.3.3.1.2 CMD_RADIO_SETUP: Set Up Radio Settings Command Byte Index 14: 0x05: 5-Mbps coded 8-FSK.
