Hello,

I am using Z-Stack 1.2.1,

I have a network of 5-7 zigbee routers on CC2530 and one zigbee coordinator (CC2531 dongle + bbb). consider the following case:

router B and router A are joined coordinator C and the path is C-A-B.

I often receive Network Status: Non-Tree Link Failure from router A, and after a few unsuccessful commands I receive route requests form Coordinator C to router B.

Distance between C and A is 10-15 feet, and distance between C and B is 30 -35 feet.

Can anybody explain why this problem occurs and how to solve this problem?

What HW do you use as Zigbee router? Is it CC2530DK?

It sounds the RF performance of your CC2530 custom board is not good. I suggest you to use SmartRF Studio to do PER test to make sure there is no problem on RF performance of your CC2530 custom.
