Can you explain what is the purpose of child aging feature in z-stack home? I don't really have a good understanding of what child aging is about.

The main purpose of child aging is to age out the device that doesn't communicate to its parent node for a period.

You mean remove the details of the device to the zigbee routers/coordinator?

Does this mean that the child aging feature should be done by the parent (ZC or ZR)? That is, defining ZIGBEE_CHILD_AGING in compile option of router or coordinator?

Hi YiKai

i want to remove the offline ZR from our ZC. how can i configure the ZC firmware?
how about configure like this:

1. enable “ZIGBEE_CHILD_AGING” on compile option
2. shorten KEEPALIVE_TIMEOUT_MAX
3. set “zgChildAgingEnable = TRUE” in the file ZGlobals.c.
