which section can I implement this codes in Generic App to read the adc value?

If you use GenericApp, you can put ADC reading in GenericApp_SendTheMessage which would send "Hello world" and you can revise it to send ADC reading.

but how to change AF_DataRequest ?

AF_DataRequest is used for sending message. You can replace "Hello World" in theMessageData[] with your ADC reading to make it.

its okay when I try it with commented adc codes and turn the code:
