Hi Texas Instruments

I have hot problem with accessibility of COM ports in SmartRF Flash Programmer 2. Program can detect any COMs( built in, emulators FTDI, or our Jabil Cards). unfortunately using moxa UPORT1650 ( In GUI ,batch file or command line ) i have n an error is: Unknown Device ID: COM3.

Ports are fully working ( i can comunicate sending and recieving using firmawere commands in with IC CC2630 which was previously programmed using common FTDI comport emulator)

We are using two different APIs for enumerating COM ports; setupapi and WMI. As far as I am aware, we have not had reports of these "missing" any COM ports. Have you been in contact with Moxa regarding this issue?

I will need to see if I can get a hold of a Moxa device and try to reproduce the problem on my side. What is the exact Moxa product number you have?
