is CC2530 need a firmware to use it as coordinator or router??

i want to buy CC2530 chip design its hardware .

There are two stacks provided by TI for the CC2530:
TI-MAC: http://www.ti.com/tool/timac
Z-stack: http://www.ti.com/tool/z-stack

The stacks come with examples to be used as coordiantor or end device so you can modify them to fit your needs.

Z-stack is default firmware of CC2530 it comes with this ??? and we can use it as coordinator or router and it support mesh network ???

CC2530 isn't programmed with any SW by default. If you intend to run Zigbee mesh network on CC2530, you should download and install Z-Stack to run on CC2530. By the way, Z-Stack supports Zigbee coordinator, router, and end device.

suppose I programmed it with Z-stack firmware .. than any software available to configure its pan id ,coordinator ,router ,End device ,Baud rate ,Channel .. or i have to develop its Configuration software ??

All of those are configurable in Z-Stack.

if programmed it with Z-stack
1. if i want to configure coordinator than i have to change code ..
2. if i want to config. router than i have to change firmware
so z-stack is generic firmware or not ??
can i config. it using PC anytime i want with using its kit ??? by one time program it with z-stack??
like i send command to config. it for coordinator using PC and it configured by resetting it LIKE CC2530 ZNP??

ZNP is one of function in Z-Stack. You can install Z-Stack to get prebuilt ZNP firmware to serve your purpose, i.e. changing those settings from PC.
