MTO Routing with source cache capability

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC2538, Z-STACK

Hi Ti,

I'm currently using the CC2538 with 512KB on-chip flash memory.

The chip was programmed to have MAX_RTG_SRC_ENTRIES = 500 with CONCENTRATOR_ENABLE = true. The Z-Stack developer guide mentioned the for concentrator without memory constraint, the devices reporting that to this concentrator only issue Route Record Command ONCE. I want to clarify how often this "ONCE" mean because for what I know, the route has some expiration in

The Z-Stack developer guide mentioned the for concentrator without memory constraint, the devices reporting that to this concentrator only issue Route Record Command ONCE. I want to clarify how often this "ONCE" mean because for what I know, the route has some expiration in zigbee network.

Also, can the CC2538 be set to have source route caching capability due to the size of its on-chip flash memory? Also is it correct to say that Routing Table is for Zigbee Router(ZR) and Source Routing Table is for Zigbee Coordinator (ZC)? (ZC is the concentrator in this application)
