The other answers are true, but the problem is larger than just picking a channel. How do you know what channel is "clean"? How do you know the other devices are using the same channel at the same time? RF conditions are notoriously ephemeral and can change rapidly - how do you detect that the channel goes "dirty"? And how do you make sure all the devices in the network change to the same new channel at the same time? How often do you do this? What is the treshold, and what metric do you use (rssi, etx, noise floor, ...)? How do you whitelist once blacklisted channels?

It's a non-trivial problem. Just wanted to help you lift your gaze to some other problems that come with this topic so you don't neglect them and wrongly believe you can merely pick a channel at bootup and be done with it. Best of luck!
