Hi,
With respect to SampleSwitch program.
We came to know that program got into infinte(permanent) loop,during the initialization and activation.
Please find the attached image to trace the location of occurance.
Variable in mac.c file, line number 398 pCmd->Status expecting 0C00 ,but the actual value coming as 2.
So that application hangs on there.
We want to know ,why this is happening and get out of this to check the program.

Do you download ZStackCore first before you do debug?

Yes I download the SampleSwitch with zstack(ZStackCore) from Ti's site.

C:\ti\simplelink\zstack_home_1_02_02a_44539__IAR7402\Projects\zstack\HomeAutomation\SampleSwitch

First We confirmed the operation in SmartRF06 + CC2650EM-7ID successfully.

Second We download the program to SmartRF06(XVDS100) - Our Developed CC2650 bord , and execute using debugger.

But Out program got into infinte(permanent) loop.

I want to know why our CC2650's RF module does not work.

Does your custom board use CC2650 7x7?

Yes,we use CC2650 7x7 (CC2650F128RGZ).
Our board has to reference the TI SensorTag.

Do you try another your custom CC2650 board to see if there is the same problem?

We made 5 boards, And I checked 2 boards.
The same problem with the 2 boards has occurred.
We will check the power suply (VDDR_RF pin).
