When my device join net ok my key atuo off

What do you mean "my key on it auto off?"

I press my key on,and wait "NetworkFormationConfirm" to join to network,and this device join success being router and the key auto off.

Still don't understand what do you mean key auto off.

When you say key here, do you mean it as a button? If so, what do you mean it off???

when join to the net goto this event "ZCL_DEVICE_JOIN_NETWORK_OK_EVENT" , but I don't do any in this event,the key in on state,but when I join this key to the net it off in itself,but in my program I don't do anything whit this key.

So you actually mean your LED on/off not key. Then you should check why those GPO changes in your code.

I have check it a lot of times,but I don't do any this in this GPIO and just join to the net have this problem.

Can you check the GPO value of those LED before joining network and when ZDO_STATE_CHANGE is triggered?
