Router not responding for a while after rejoining the network

Hi,

When a router joining the network (more then 1 time), after the announce the coordinator ask the router for some parameters.

I can see with the sniffer that the router send back the response, but the coordinator is not getting the message.

When I reset the coordinator, the message received.

What can be the reason of this problem?

Why the reset of the coordinator solved the problem?

I'm using the CC2538 chip, zstack home 1.2
