I only get Z-Stack_Linux_Gateway_1_0_1_installer.run on TI website.

You can run Z-Stack_Linux_Gateway_1_0_1_installer.run on a 32 Bit Ubuntu and would get Z-Stack Linux GW binary which should be able to run on Raspberry Pi directly. If you need Z-Stack_Linux_Gateway-1.0.1-src-linux-installer.run , you have to contact TI local representative to sign SLA to get it.

Do you know with the TI Zigbee dongle, how can make the raspberry pi into a Zigbee gateway which can access through an internet ip address and control the Zigbee devices which connected to raspberry pi?

For this part, you have to add your own code on top of Z-Stack Linux Home GW to do it.
