TC_LINKKEY_JOIN

Other than define TC_LINKKEY_JOIN or SE_PROFILE flags, do you define SECURE=1 in f8wconfig.cfg?

I didn't define TC_LINKKEY_JOIN or SE_PROFILE.
SECURE =1 is defined

If you didn't define TC_LINKKEY_JOIN or SE_PROFILE but SECURE =1 is defined, Z-Stack would use preconfigured Key.

are you talking about the network pre-configure key or the link key pre-configure key?
if it is link key pre-configure key , do you know which nv item represent the link key pre-configured key?

Yes, I mean network pre-configure key. But what do you intend to do?

i want to change the link key in the coordinator so the device will have a different link key from the coordinator.
i do not want to change the network key , i want to check that if i change the link key in the coordinator then the device will not join the network because the link key he has is difffrent of the link key the coordinator has.
i change the link key in nv item ZCD_NV_TCLK_TABLE_START , this is where the coordinator saves his link key right?
i'm changing the link key in the coordinator and the device is still joining , and i don't understand why..
i think is because the flags i didn't use in compilation time (TC_LINKKEY_JOIN or SE_PROFILE )

You can use ZCD_NV_TCLK_TABLE_START with 8 bytes shift.

i'm writing to all of the nv item
in the first 8 bytes i'm writing 0xff 0xff 0xff 0xff 0xff 0xff 0xff 0xff
then i'm writing the key itself
and then i'm writing 8 zero's.

Try to change "#define DEFAULT_TC_LINK_KEY " in nwk_globals.h.

sorry if I annoy you , I have a question about the ZCD_NV_SECURITY_MODE nv item.
I can see that if the ZCD_NV_SECURITY_MODE = FLASE (0) so the device cant join the network .
what does this nv item do ? why when he is with value 0 the device cant join the network?

I suggest you not to manipulate NV items directly when you test those security related item. Change them from compile defines.
