I'm looking for a cebal driver for CC2531 used for packet sniffer for windows 10.

Based on this doc(), the last supported OS is Windows 8(64 bit). Any working driver for Windows 10?

It should be supported by Windows 10 too.

I did try install the existing driver through device manager>update driver. Still failed.
The device still with "exclamation mark" and did not show in packet sniffer software. It did work on my laptop running windows 7 x64.

Try to reinstall the device and Select the options for automatic installation and wait for the driver installation to complete.
