Hello,
What resistor values can I use for the LM317 from http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm317.pdf to produce an output of 5v from an input of 3v of the CC2530? Or what equation can I use to determine the resistor values I need? The diagram of the setup should look like the below.
Could I use a 2n7000 mosfet like the diagram below as mentioned from this site: www.hobbytronics.co.uk/mosfet-voltage-level-converter? Will the below image work for converting 3v into 5v?
Since I don't have the 2n7000 mosfet right now, I tried using a bc547 transistor using the circuit design below. However when I hooked this up to an oscilloscope, the voltage was only outputting less than a volt. What may I have done wrong?
