How do I program z-stack firmware to cc2531EMK?

2 Which hex/binary file to program onto cc2531EMK?
I do notice I need a debugger to program the z-stack onto the board as below,

However, I can NOT find the hex/binary file for the z-stack after installing Z-Stack 3.0.0.exe on my PC.
Can any expert suggest something to help? Thank you very much.
