What will be the default value of TxPower in CC2530 . I wnat the value to calculate the distance

It's 0 dbm.

According to the datasheet, the reset value for the register TXPOWER (0x6190) is 0xF5.

0xF5 means 4.5dBm

Unless your application overrides this information on startup it should be 0xF5 (4.5dBm)
