Are you really using 1.2.2 stack?, you should use 1.2.2a as it has several fixes for the 1.2.2 version.

I do not know what may cause the IEEE address to be 0x0000000000000000 besides writing the Nv item (Nv ID 0x0001), after which the value will kept the same even after FN resets. You have to erase flash from the device and then flash the ZNP again to restore the default MAC address of the device.

sorry for my mistake,my z-stack version is 1.2.2a, i have referred  to the 1.2.2a release note.

<p> - [5696] Fixed a problem on CC2538 devices where memory area for customer
   commissioning of IEEE address (CCA) would be filled with zeroes, causing
   the device to wake up with a bogus IEEE address of 0x0000000000000000 in
   the secondary location, preventing use of the primary IEEE address.</p>

this issue should have been fixed.  i don't know why .

Do you mean "-DTC_LINKKEY_JOIN", i had defined this macro.
