I've seen in the Errata August 2016) that the CC2630 internal 32kHz oscillator doesn't work.

But I need the CC2630 internal 32kHz oscillator.

Is the CC2630F128RHB now (Jan 2017) available with working internal oscillator? Which revision?

    Hi Michael,

    Revision D (PG2.3) or newer devices have corrected this problem. You can find which version of the chip you have on an existing board with Flash Programmer 2. After connecting a board, click on the chip at the top left and the chip revision will be listed at the bottom left. This chip revision number corresponds to the PG number.
