Hello TI,

Anyone knows where or how to get IAS sample code (Alarm system - fire sensor)?

It should be part of Home Automation profile.

They have parts of the code published and explained at:

processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Fire_Alarm_System

I contacted TI support directly but they were unable to help me.

Hi Sasa,

The fire alarm system code was never released with any version of Z-Stack. The intention of this wiki page was to provide users a guide on how to modify the sample applications provided with Z-Stack Home Automation 1.2.2a (e.g. SampleLight/SampleSwitch) to achieve fire alarm system functionality.

I suggest you to follow the steps in the wiki and do accordingly to implement IAS zone device. If you have any solid question or problem, you can ask here on the forum for help.

Thanks YiKai,

From some previous posts I got impression that the code is actually available from TI sales reps (or was available 2 years ago). It would be easier to use that sample as starting point.

I don't know why TI local support cannot help you on this. You can try to send PM to Jason to see if you can sign SLA/NDA to get it.
