CC2538: Issue with 32KHz osc

My customer is facing issue with the 32KHz oscillator. He has a simple routine that will use the 32KHz to wake up to the CC2538 to perform some task.

The sleep interval is around 5 seconds. He found about 2 boards out of 10 having the problem of RTC drifting.

We suspect there may be some issue with the layout of the 32Khz to CC2538. Can you help to review the gerber?
