Device(router) lost connection to coordinator after a while

Hi,

We have a problem with our devices(router) based on samplelight source. It paired successfully with our coordinator(TI Linux Gateway) and working fine. But after a while, it will lost connection to coordinator. Attached is the packet sniffer logged using free TI Packet Sniffer.

If possible, can you give us the NWK key for the provided sniffer log?

I cannot decode your sniffer log since it doesn't include device association process. Can you redo the sniffer log again and do remember to include the process of device join to your GW?

Hm, I can't decode the sniffer log with that key. Was the network key updated by the coordinator at some point?

I cannot decrypt the log with this network key. I suggest you to learn the device into GW again and provide the sniffer so we can get correct key.

Still cannot decrypt the log. Can you open sniffer first, add a device to your coordinator, and attach the log?
